MOVING THROUGH CHANGE WITH BALANCE AND EASE

Intensive 8-week Mindfulness training in English starts October 8, 2019.

Are you curious how Mindfulness can help you and do you want to spend time learning through an in-depth program? MBSR/MBCT is an intensive eight-week course designed to transform you relationship with stress. In a playful and curious manner, you will learn to deal more effectively with the challenges of everyday life, leading to greater balance, ease and peace of mind.

 

MBSR is an evidence-based program with over 20 years of research and participants report:

 What to expect

The program consists of 8 weekly 2,5 hour sessions with a full day at the weekend session half way into the program. In each session we will practice do meditation, mindful movement and group dialogue. There are also daily exercises you will practice at home. In this intensive format and with the support of the group, you get an opportunity to truly work on bringing mindfulness into your daily life.

The trainer 

Nicole Flinterman is a Dutch native for whom change of language and cultures have been a big part of her life. She is a qualified MBSR instructor, trained in the US, where MBSR originates. Recently moved back to her home country, she is a mindfulness educator and coach. She teaches mindfulness to groups and individuals.
